They are a weekly space to unwind, reconnect with your spontaneity, and explore improv through games, group activities, and guided scenes.
It’s a relaxed, supportive environment where you can build confidence and develop everyday skills like tuning in to others, responding in the moment, thinking on your feet, and expressing yourself more freely, all at your own pace.
Open to all levels. A flexible drop-in with no commitment. Each session stands alone, so you can join on any week.
